Why doesn't my Moto e5 cruise record my videos with crappy audio?

Whenever I'm recording a video, regardless of what app I use to record something, the audio is cutting out and it sounds like a bad phone connection.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it cutting out completely, or does it sound like it's getting muffled repeatedly? Are you certain you're not covering the mics when you're taking the video?

I've had a similar problem and I never realized it until I tried to record a video on Christmas. The mics are not covered or anything but they do sound they are being cut out from time to time or it sounds muffled.

Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? Using Safe Mode on the moto e5

Yes, I just tested in Safe mode and Its the same results

Is the phone still under warranty? That should be covered by the warranty, unless it was due to something like water damage.

It is, but where would I go to get the phone fix?
