Why doesnt my Powerbeats3 work on calls with my Galaxy S9?

After the Galaxy S9 update, the beats wont work on answering or taking calls anymore. Audio for all media works... podcasts, music, video. But not on calls.

If you look at the device properties in the BT settings, is the Call option active? Or does it only list Media?

Have you tried removing the device and re-pairing?

The media audio and call audio are both active. I have unpaired and repaired numerous times. They work for all other audio, just not on calls. They havent worked on calls since a previous update install. I keep hoping that the next install update will fix it but it never does.

Any other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be competing for the Phone Audio connection?

I dont believe its any other devices. It wont work for calls at all regardless of where I am. It used to work prior to the update and just doesnt now. Its been at least 3 updates and it still doesnt work for calls.
