Why doesn't my zero button work when dailing a number somtimes other buttons will not enter?

my zero button will not work when dailing a number somtimes other buttons will not enter

I cant call anyone with out the zero key because its part of the area code. Other buttons missbehave and i have to flip the screen i have reset my phone to factory default hopeing this would solve the problem but it did not.
