Why don't I have wifi internet on my Samsung Note 10.1 2014?

no wifi internet on my samsung note 10.1 2014

Great product until the first recent auto upgrade. When upgrade completed I found that I could no longer log onto the internet. The note does not even show the wifi in the local area. Is there a way to reset back to a time before the upgrade. Thanks

I find this tool to be helpful, you may have to download it on a PC and side load it if you cant reset your connection...
