Why don't the side keys of my home button work perfectly while charging?

side keys of home button do not work perfectly while charging

I have an issue with samsung galaxy core prime. I purchased it 2 days ago...while my mobile on charging mode...the side keys of home button do not work perfectly...anyone fix this problem?

Sidekeys of home button? Like the back button and Multi task button?
If yes,please tell us more,what do you mean by "not working properly"?
If you have a warranty,go check the phone.

I have the same problem. Whenever my Galaxy Core Prime is charging, the back button and the windows button do not work. I literally have to press it 20 times just to get it to go back, and most times I just unplug my phone from the charger, press the button, and then plug it back in. I'm not sure why the buttons do not work...my mom has the same phone and the same problem. Any way to fix this? It's really annoying to have to unplug your phone just to close out of apps or go to the previous screen...
