Why has my Google Play services stopped?

My google play services has stopped

I just changed my account info a little bit and my google play services has entirely stopped and i cant even log-in to create a new account and everything is completely sync with it...

Can't use anything at all...

Whenever i try to log-in , it gives an error message as check your connection and google play services has stopped...

Really frustrated with the services.

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.
