Why has my launcher stopped working

[Android Central Question]

Can't make any calls, can't open any apps, l have no use of my phone.l went to apps manager at the bottom of the phone to get some help. How can I get my launcher to work , the buttons doesn't stop blinking long enough to get to the apps.

What phone are you using and what launcher? Did you try clearing the app cache and/or data of your launcher in Settings > Apps? Note: after clearing launcher app data, you'll have to set up your home screen again.
