Why has my Milk Music app stopped working?

Milk Music login failure

Suddenly today my Milk Music app stopped working. It will say Login failed, or that It timed out trying to connect.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 5S
Here is what I have done so far:
I forced stopped the app, uninstalled and re-installed it.
I did a soft reset of the phone.
I tried connecting over both wi-fi and 4G.
I verified that I could log in to my Samsung Account

Any ideas. I contacted Samsung and they were less than helpful.

I've been having the same issue with my Note 4. Sometimes it says Milk cannot log in, others that Milk is not supported in my country (even though the account, the SIM, and the current location are all US-based). So I just gave up.

try updating it then see what happens. i was having similar problems with my MILK app on my Note 4 but when i updated the app the problem disappeared. hopefully this was helpful
