Why does my phone become very slow suddenly

Hello

I bought my phone at about 1 and a half year ago and since the beginning it has been suffering from becoming very slow all of the sudden.
I mean vere very very super slow.
I have to wait at about five minutes before it does anything I want at all.
Please help me because I get really stressed by this.
My phone is a samsung galaxy ace 2.
Also my faher and brother bought the same phone at the same day. They experience this too.
My sister also had this phone from the same store but a different day and she does not have this.

U can try to clean the cache partition or download an app that cleans caches. When I was with android I used clean master or all in one toolbox
