Why i am getting ads to display everytime when i use mobile data?

Every time when i turn on the mobile data, ads start to display onmy phone, whether I'm playing a game or using you tube or any other app.
Also i tried all ad detector apps and the result is nothing
I went to google settings there i stopped seeing ads but still no result.
Kindly suggest how to stop these
