why i can not hear call which is frequently happening and why even recovery mode is not open ?

its samsung SHV E110S,i can not hear call frequently but when i reboot my phone i can hear,why this is happening and also recovery mode is not opened now a days by pressing volume up,home and power botton but it uesd to open until some months...need help asap
