Why i can't install the latest security patch for Samsung galaxy note8

After I start downloading and finishes I can't Install because of an error says there isn't enough storage , although it's a new phone and I have 45G of free storage

well its says that your phone has not enough free space to download/unpack and install this update.

So double check your PHONE FREE SPAC3, Not the SD card

I cannot get the phone to recognize the need to update? What other steps can be taken for those without a computer?
