Why I don't get Instagram toast notifications on my Galaxy S8

I don't have any toast notification from Instagram (or GMail...) on my Galaxy S8. I've all activated, but I don't have the toast notification.

I mean, I've the notification in the notifications center when pull it down, but I don't have the toast on the top of the screen as Snapchat for exemple, even if the screen is in sleep mode with the Always On display.

Any idea why ?
