Why i dont have any ringtone on my samsung a5

[AC Question]

I go to setting and ringtone but i just see some folders and there is only one tone in one folder.i dont see the list of ringtones the same as other phones

Welcome to Android Central! At some point, you might have selected some other 3rd party file manager to be the default way of selecting ringtones. Go to the App Manager, tap Menu>Reset All App Preferences, and then try again.
