Why is an app on my phone a malware threat?

Please help my AVG just detected an app which already was in my phone is detected malware it can't be uninstalled I disabled it, didn't work ,philips w737.

Well, @renshiki I can't exactly tell what is the reason behind the AVG detecting the stock app as malware, I can't really tell on what factor these antivirus decides between the malware and ..... Well do one thing report the same to the AVG team and in the mean time disable the application. I am sure AVG support team can help you out better on this.

The app is Xenium club,it was already in it.

It may have been flagged for advertising.
