why is camera app is not responding on moto g5 plus?

My Moto G5 Plus camera app is not able to open the camera.I have tried the shutdown restart no result.Also clearing out chase and data nothing helps,no other third party app is installed.Very annoying,can anybody help? Thanks

Were you messing around with deleting things and deleted the camera app? If not, try doing a factory reset and see if that helps.

No,I was not messing around with anything and the camera app is still there,but the message I get is that the camera is busy and can't start.But busy with what ,I have not even used it just started to behave this way?

I did a Factory Reset and no result,getting the same messages.
