It is just too bad that so many of them choose to come on here just to moan and complain. And then they can't even get their facts straight! Last phone to ever get an update? Heh, they should have been Fascinate owners. Would have probably been in an asylum by the time it got Froyo!

Wow, now we have people BRAGGING about how bad their Droid phones are.

Just like anything else, there are good models and bad models. There are good instances of support and bad instances of support. The Fascinate was one of those. It took over 8 months for it just to get Froyo and the Fascinate users were really up in arms.

It isn't bragging to show those who are extremely impatient and childish how bad it could be.

BTW, the TB is essentially my first Android phone and I am certainly not bragging that it is bad. I happen to like it. It has some issues, but unlike some people here, I understand and accept that it will take time to sort them all out. I also don't go starting useless threads that aren't going to accomplish anything, just to complain and get attention.

What I meant by essentially is that I had a DroidX for about a week before the TB came out. I returned it for the TB so I could get 4G. So while it was not technically my first, it was for all intents and purposes.

Yes, I responded to your post and am gratified that you admit it was useless. It is like many of the other posts whose purpose is to complain that this update or that has not been delivered to a new phone. Like others, I responded to show the absurdity of the constant complaints about the topic.

Hyperbole as stated in your op doesn't really help your case, but it is an amusing read.
