Why is my brand new S6 so slow on Wi-Fi?

Hi there - I have a technicolor router modem combo - newly installed. All devices in our home work fine except my Sprint Galaxy S6. I've done a hard reset on the phone and no better. It literally takes a minute or more to load a page. Our signal is like 46g so it's not our signal. Please help!
