why is my galaxy s3 screen keep freezing/unresponsive?

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-19300 Android version 4.3
The screen keep freezing no matter what apps I'm currently using. Even (message,camera,setting...etc) Most all of the place on the phone. i've been using the phone for 3 years, it doesn't have memory problem and i'm not using SD card. I already reset my phone but the problem is still come up. Please help me to fix this problem.

try to reset again and visit any authorized service center

Hi there, Thanks for stopping in!

If you have done a Full Factory Reset, and it didn't resolve the issue. The only other thing I can suggest, other than bringing to a service center, would be to find your OEM software on Sammobile.com and flash it using Odin.

Its possible that your phone's battery could be causing the problems too. Try using a different battery, if possilble
