Why is my Huawei P30 Pro software unlike any other?

Hey guys. So I just received a phone which turns out to be a Huawei P30 Pro but the software seems nothing like other P30 Pro's. There has been a launcher built in named Phenix which had been granted permissions to directly call numbers to read my texts and even change my display settings (which maybe the reason why my display looks pixelated even for a P30 Pro!) and many other unusual permissions granted when I received this. The systems settings show that the phone has a 512GB storage and 8GB RAM but the phone frequently crashes and lags. The emojis are extremely outdated but the system settings indicate the android vesion being Pi. Can anyone give me some advice if my phone had been tampered with and how I could solve the issue and bring it back to normal. Thanks guys

Welcome to Android Central! Does it stay like that even after a factory reset? Where did you get this phone from? Keep in mind that there are a lot of fake knockoff phones out there, especially on sites like Wish and Joom.

Phenix is malware. Can you run this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dama.hardwareinfo&hl=en_GB
and see if the hardware specs match?
