why is my lock screen have military time but my main phone dont?

theres a app my grandpa installed that did something im thinking but none of my fam knows whats going on but his lock screen is showing millitary time and some ads can someone help me

Probably in Settings. (Use the search bar to look for lockscreen - where it is depends on which version of Android you're using.)

Mine started doing the same thing. Just the day before I had downloaded a code reader, Smart Scan. When I uninstalled the reader it cleared up the problem.
