Why is my mobile not turning on?

[Android Central Question]

I was using my gionee e8 mobile... it hanged nothing worked for 20 minuted may be....i had put it in charging..though i removed charger.. the notification LED didn't turn off...the was just home screen and nothing worked...though i tried to switch off..it didnt work..I left it for sometime...it turned off directly... the black screen....
whatever i do now, there is just a black screen...
not charging...nothing works
please provide me solution!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did you let it charge on a wall outlet for at least 6 hours undisturbed? The press and hold Power for at least 20 seconds straight, and see if anything happens.
