Why is my Moto G 2nd Gen giving me a black screen after the Motorola Logo?

Moto G 2nd Gen Black Screen After Motorola Logo

I was changing the runtime to ART and my battery ran out, and then my phone got stuck in a black screen after motorola logo.
I tried entering recovery mode and resetting to the stock firmware from my computer and it still has the same problem.
The phone has 3 months, but I'm very far away from the place i bought it so it's kinda complicated using the warranty.
PS: Also 1st time using Android.
Can anyone help me on this one?

It's called a soft brick. Some software that runs at boot got corrupted. The phone probably has to be reflashed. See if your carrier's store can help you.

As I said, I cannot take it back to the store where I bought it because I am very far away... Can I reflash it myself? Every unbrick try that I looked up on the web, requires me to do something on the phone, but I cannot do absolutely nothing on it, it just doesn't boot. So you can't boot into recovery into recovery mode? With the phone off, hold power and vol down for 5 secs and release?
