Why is my Nexus 7 2013 flickering screen after Marshmallow installation?

Nexus 7 2013 flickering screen after Marshmallow installtion

Recently i updated my Nexus 7 2013 Wifi to Android 6. After that the display started flickering over the whole screen; just as the light is fluctuating. It never turned to darkness and it looks like the light sensor adjusts the brightness 10x a second.
I don't have any (visible) defects with the display. Has anyone the same issue, heard about it or even know a solution?
