Why is my note 10 plus keeps on 🔇 muting media whenever I'm listening to music

When I'm listening to music and I have my earphones plugged in the phone keeps on muting no matter how many times I turn the volume up

Reproduce issue then report to Wearable app > menu > contact us > error report

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using wired or Bluetooth earphones? If they're wired, are they specifically "Made for iPhone"?
