Why is my Note 4(Sm-N910c) battery so terrible?

Note 4(Sm-N910c) My battery is terrible

My average SoT is 2.5hrs in 6hrs with 13% remaining and my screen eats up 53% of the battery with 30% brightness. Android system and os eats up 20%. I've done everything i know to prolong my battery but the best sot i can achieve is 3.5hrs.

I got my phone 5 days ago. The first 2 times that I charged it, it ended around 2 and a half hours.
But in other times, it last around 7 or 8 hours. With fast charging mode disabled all these times of charging.
Isn't that high?
Do you happen to know anything about this?

If you were in a weak cell area, this might happen. The device will kill itself holding on to a faint signal.

excuse my English.
I meant the charging time. From the moment that I plug in the charger to the moment that the 100% notification pops up, lasts 7 hours. Is that normal with using OEM and the fast charging mode disabled?

That does seem quite long. I would consider getting a different charger.
