I want to snap pic my phone camera turn upside down that's front but back camera I don't how to change it to back camera why GINONEE P8W

Try clearing data and force stop the camera app

Welcome to Android Central! It's not entirely clear what you're asking. Are you saying the front camera is upside down, and you can't access the rear camera?

How are you holding the phone? Is Auto-rotate turned on? Does this happen after a reboot, or in Safe Mode?
