Why is my phone talking to me?

A couple of days ago, my G-Nexus starting talking to me.
Every time I open the browser, it starts to speak the content of the website.
I have looked everywhere for a setting to turn this off but can't find anything.

Anyjuan have any ideas?

settings-->accessibility-->install web scripts(don't allow)
