Why is my pixel so messed up?

Ok so first my speakers on my phone don't work 75% of the time and then when they do about 50% of that time it's very grainy and makes weird noises. Another thing my pixel does is in youtube the time spent watching a video is always at 0:00 and it doesn't let me skip ads. Captions don't work they glitch out with weird words, and it's nothing related to the video. Lastly my phone can't call or receive calls and when I do receive a call my phone will freeze then reset for 5 min and then go back to how it is with these issues listed above. Any help?
