Why is my Quick Settings panel frozen/disabled? Pull-down is no longer responsive.

About a day ago, I tried the pull-down on my android screen(gionne x2 android 9) for quick access into phone Settings, but apparently it is non responsive.

What can I do to fix this?

Try first a Power Off and Restart. Tell us if no go.

If that doesn't work try safe mode next .

Done that. No luck still.

Mustang, I have rebooted the phone into safe mode .. No changes

Mustang, no luck with that either. Safe mode disabled all apps.. Still quick settings panel not access able.

Ok so probably going have to factory reset

Please, is it okay to ignore this issue and keep using my phone? Or it might develop into another problem in the future?
This is because I don't wanna loose my stuff.. Can you guide me on how to Recover all, after doing a hard reset?

Does it have cloud back up ? Like google back up ? Use google drive ,photos etc..

I'm not sure that particular device has it

I have accessibility menu though.. Can use quick setting menu from there. Just wanna be sure it won't keep having issues. Superbackup app should restore apps I guess.

Hey, just found out that the quick setting panel responds in Landscape mode(when screen is rotated)

Yeah but something wrong , in home screen it doesn't work, I'm more familiar with like google pixel, Samsung, One plus phones and know what they can save for data in factory reset , your phone not popular in my region so not sure exactly what works. You can try ask some friends around you that have the phone see what they say , but for it to still happen in safe mode not a good indication.
