Why is my QuickMemo+ not loading?

[Android Central Question]

Recently when I have tried opening my memo's, it cuts to a white loading screen with the header as "Terms of Use for LG apps". And it does not load what so ever.
Now I cant access my Memos from QuickMemo+ at all. My software and apps are all up to date and I have a proper and stable connection to internet. Even tried switching to mobile data to see if it'd make a difference. I don't know what I can do to see my memos again.

Try to clear cache then force stop it

Same issue on an LG Aristo. Clearing the cache and forcing stop didn't resolve the issue.
Android 7.0
Any other suggestions?

Lg out the phone market so don't look forward to support from them or any support for that Android version. can try clear it's Data then force stop it to see if you can get it going
