Why is my S8 not charging?

[Android Central Question]

My S8 is at 0% battery so I plugged in my original charger. The moisture warning came up even though it hadn't gotten wet. I tried to clean the port with a bit of tissue. I tried plugging it again and a black screen comes up with the charging sign but it doesn't last since a moisture warning comes up again. I need help please.
