Why is my Samsung A72 so choppy after I restarted it?

[Android Central Question]

So I powered off my phone a while ago and its been choppy ever since I turned it back on eg. frames dropping when I swipe notifications or when I clear tabs and just poor performance in general.Theres also this blue circular arrow that appears every time I open up an app eg.twitter,youtube. Is anyone else facing this issue? Any fixes?
Ps: i restarted my phone and its on the latest software update well.
