Why is my Samsung Galaxy Centura refusing to connect with Comcast internet connection?

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy Centura is refusing to connect with Comcast internet connection

xfinity is connecting, but that is for "roaming", when you are away from home/your internet connection. It is ALL that is connecting on my phone!

My regular internet/wifi on the new "every orking fine on my laptop. It initially connected w/my cell. Power outage at one point may have been an issue, but nothing is working to fix it. They never called me back after saying they would take care of it.

Call them back if they are suppose to be taking care of something from their end.

I would try going in to WiFi settings hold on your WiFi and try doing forget. Then reenter credentials. Sure you've tried it but just a suggestion.
