why is my Samsung Galaxy S6 unresponsive when charging?
I have recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S6 and was happy with the phone until recently.
Whenever I charge my phone it comes up with a black screen and is unresponsive the only way to move from the black screen is if I remove my charger. The phone has also told me to remove the charger.
I have been in to the Samsung shop they have reset my phone and cannot find anything wrong with it.
If anyone could give any advice I would be grateful of your response.
