Why is "OK Google" defaulting to a specific number for a given contact?

When I use "OK Google" to place a call it will ask me which of the numbers to use for the specified contact. The next time I use "OK Google" to call that contact it will *only* call that number (e.g. home or cell). It will no longer give me the option to select which number I want to call. Is there any way to tell it to always give me the options?
