My partner bought his Note 7 online and then they were requested to exchange it so that it doesn't blow in his face and the new device hasn't been sent yet! Neither the SD card that was supposed to be sent to him upon the online purchase. Whenever he talks to them or asks the people in Samsung Sydney have no stupid clue! For gods sake and their customer service is horrible and the people who work there are very lazy and retarded! So u pay 1300$ for this stupid serviceee
