Why is Software Update option missing on my S4 device?

I have Vivax Smart Fly X50 and I don't have system update option too. I've bought three years ago and I recently I have rooted my phone.

My CPU is: 4x ARM Cortex-A7 @ 1.20 GHz

My s4 there is no software update

You must be logged in as device OWNER to see the system update option. No other user type can access it.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's a knockoff or clone, then there are no official updates, since it's not from Samsung. You could try messing around with rooting and installing a custom ROM, but that may be difficult, since custom ROMs are designed for specific devices. Otherwise, I can only recommend making sure you get a genuine device in the future.

Could you tell me how to do this? I'd really like to get different software because I got a ripoff too (99.99% sure). The one I'm using is pretty bad.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with rooting, much less trying to find a custom ROM for a knockoff phone. It's highly unlikely that there would be one available for a knockoff anyway. Sorry!
