Why is Sony Z Ultra GPE giving me 'No Command' when trying to install?

Sony Z Ultra GPE gives me 'No Command' when trying to install

Phone is rooted, but no custom ROM - rooted so I could write to SD card. Is that what is causing this? If so, is there a way to unroot? Thanks.
