Why is the Google Play Music stream sound not clear?

Am i doing something wrong or are my settings not correct? When I stream my music via Bluetooth, the music gets staticky and in some cases distorted. Am i doing something wrong? Seems like when I stream my Spotify in my car, the music seems much clearer. I have selected both the Google Play Music and Spotify streaming to High Quality.

I hate to give up my Google Play Music and use Spotify when I have it included in my Youtube Red.

What quality setting do you have set? Make sure Google music is set to stream in high quality always.

Have you tried different headphones ? could be your bluetooth specially if you're streaming/download quality are on high

Do you have the volume sync enabled as well? Zero issues for me with beats solo 3

It happens with headphones and in my car. I have tried 2 different BT headphones and the results are the same. Its a non issue with Spotify which is weird.

It's in my BT settings. For some reason won't allow me to enable it for the devices.
