Why is the sound on my N8000 great except on the Sygic Map app?

the sound on my n8000 is great except on the sygic map app

have downloaded and paid for sygic map app,it is good but very little sound and can not hear instructions in the car.They have suggested a reinstall of the app but no change.The audio is fine on everthing else,thank you for any advice,

Hmmm. Everything works except this app. Do you think, just maybe, that the problem is the app? (I'm being sarcastic. It's the app. If they don't want to make it louder, they're getting a pretty bad review here in this thread. You could also mention the problem in a comment on their Google Play page. Nothing succeeds like kicking them in the wallet.)
