Why is there a dark fuzzy line on my front facing camera?

So I have noticed recently that whenever I go to take a picture with the portrait side Camera on my Gs5 Sport. That on the top border there is this weird line. I wasn't there before and I have cleaned my phone's screen thinking it was possibly dirt.Even the Samsung Tech Support doesn't know what is wrong with it.

It is on both the picture and the screen

Just for giggles, download a free camera app from the Play store and see if it is still there.
Then we'll know if it is the phone itself or not.
