Why isn't my Alcatel Flash 2 mobile phone turning on after update?

my Alcatel Flash 2 mobile phone is not turning on after update.

after a small update of 32 mb(some wireless update) my phone is not switching on, only showing the boot screen for more than 4 hours. what should I do now?
