Why isn't my Android Kyocera working?

My Android Kyocera not working

My android Kyocera Event keeps making my apps glitch. I have tried factory restarting and still the problem continues. Mainly the apps that are having problems are Facebook,Google play store and Gmail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but it does not do anything!
