Why isn't my Galaxy S4 and Microsoft Outlook Preview Calendar syncing?

Galaxy S4 and Microsoft Outlook Preview Calendar Question

I just installed the Microsoft Outlook Preview app on my S4. The email functionality works great, but my calendar entries do not sync up. I maintain my calendar in Outlook on my laptop. My email server is Comcast.net.
