Why isn't my MEGA app showing downloads?

MEGA app not showing downloads

Hello guys, I downloaded a 3.3GB file from MEGA on my Android device ( Note 3, 5.0L). The download was successful and completed in front of my very own eyes.
But when I opened the download folder for MEGA i.e Device Storage/Mega/Mega Downloads, the file did not appear AT ALL.
I tried downloading it twice, and the problem still persists.
Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Could it be downloading to a microSD card? Also, when it downloads, do you see the download progress in the notification bar? If so, what happens if you tap the finished download notification in the notification panel?

At the time I downloaded the file, I didnt have an SD Card so that cancels out that condition.
I watched the download progress complete 3.33/3.33GB. I didnt tap the notification, because strangely enough it start downloading again.
I've used MEGA countless times in the past, but this is the only time its creating an issue.

Are you using a MEGA app, or is it directly from the website?

Ofcourse I am using the app, the website forcefully tells you to download it.
Another strange fact, the 3.33GB file is appearing under the name of MEGA in my miscellanous files.

Oh sorry--I'm not directly familiar with MEGA. Have you tried going to the App Manager, selecting MEGA, and Clearing Cache/Data? Then try downloading again.

Search in your computer through this path.

User\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\File System\002\p\00

Check files for last modified and you will see files with the sizes you are downloading in one of the folders.
To know which folder, you can right click and check properties and file size of the folder.
Cut/copy your files to somewhere and rename them.
Edit..oops sry. i thought it was on a pc. lol

Hello sir in my phone i also cant see the downloads but when i click the option SHOW HIDDEN FILES my downloads will appear
