Why isn't my Nexus 4 phone recognized in Windows Explorer in Windows 10 Home?

My Nexus 4 phone is not recognized in Windows Explorer in Windows 10 Home

In Windows 8.1 connecting the Nexus 4 to the PC with a USB cable, everything worked fine. I upgraded to Windows 10 and now the Nexus 4 is not recognized. I'm trying to get my pictures and videos off of my phone. Any fixes or suggestions? Thank you

Try going into notifications and clicking USB for charging, then select mtp. Hope this helps
