Why isn't my Nexus 7 getting the Android 5.0.1 or 5.0 Lollipop Update?

My Nexus 7 isnt getting the Android 5.0.1 or 5.0 Lollipop Update

Hi There Everyone,
I own a Nexus 7, Model ME370T Tablet, Which is currently on android version, 4.4.4.

If I go to Settings > About Tablet > Software Updates, All I get is a message saying the current time saying my device is clearly up to date even though, its 'clearly' not.

If you require anymore information, just post below.
Please Help!

I have the same issue. I am avoiding a manual update as I would have to unlock the boot loader and I would loose everything... I am also not going to force a clearing of play services framework as I heard it causes issues.
