Why isn't my S6 turning on?

S6 Not Turning On

This is one of my coworker's phones. She swears it was fine last night before putting it on charge. This morning, nothing. She has the blue LED light that turns on if you push a button, but that's it. Any ideas?

Edit: I finally got it to reboot.
