Why isn't Netflix loading movies on my Android TV box?

Netflix not loading movies on Android TV box

I just got an Android 4.2 TV box, everything working fine: the Facebook, the YouTube, the mail, the Google browsing, etc. I installed the Netflix app, I enter with my credentials, I can browse the movies catalog, but when I click to start watching the movie the buffering circle just stay there with no answer, and after a time I got the message: "can't access the Netflix server, please try again later" What can I do? Thanks in advance.
